New oils are in from the 2007-2008 pressing. All our oils are extra virgin, meaning their acidity is below 1%, but all are actually around 0.2-0.5%. This year we have two remarkable oils from Sicily, one from Puglia, and one from Liguria. We have remarkable oils flavored with truffle and lemon.
