The 2010-2011 harvest is in. All our oils are extra virgin, meaning their acidity is below 1%, but all are actually around 0.2%. We just got in a beautiful and delicate oil pressed from Taggiasca olives, Liguria, and a stronger, certified organic oil from Tuscany. We have remarkable oils flavored with truffle and lemon.
