Some 2009-2010 harvest oils are in. Sale oils are from the 2007-2008 pressing, but are still good. All our oils are extra virgin, meaning their acidity is below 1%, but all are actually around 0.2%. We just got in a beautiful and delicate oil pressed from Taggiasca olives, Liguria. We have remarkable oils flavored with truffle and lemon.
