Wheat from the town of Altamura in the Puglia region is famous for its quality and the local goods that are produced. We are proud to offer these high quality wheat blends and types for you to enjoy.
-The durum wheat is ideal for bread and pasta, but its fame comes from the bread of Altamura.
-The "00" flour is finely milled and designed to be used for pizza dough, certain pastas and pastries.
-The toasted wheat flour will give a unique flavor and perfume to your pastas and baked goods.
-The multigrain flour is an artisanal blend of farro, soft wheat, toasted durum wheat, rye, barley, as well as flax and sunflower seeds. Use as you would any other wheat flour to make bread or pizza.
-The kamut flour to use to make pizza, bread, or pasta in your home. This wheat is full of healthy nutrients among which is approximately 40% more gluten than regular wheat flour.

All are certified organic and guaranteed to be grown in the Altamura area by IGP certification.
