Feliicetti Monograno is located in the pristine Valle di Fiemme, at the foot of the Dolomites in the Northeastern Italian Alps. MATT: A durum wheat varietal grown in southern Italy, known for its high protein and gluten content.

KAMUT: Thought to originate from the Middle East thousands of years ago, Kamut is now cultivated in southern Italy. With 40% more protein than traditional wheat and more vitamin E and antioxidants, this high energy, organic wheat is healthy alternative pasta.

FARRO: A precursor of modern wheat used by the ancient Celts, Egyptians & Etruscans. Felicetti uses farro grown in the Umbria region which is rich in nutrients, has a nutty taste and makes a delicious alternative to traditional pastas.
