Shipping Costs and Return Policy
How to order
All the products featured on Italian Harvest / La Raccolta website are available for purchase directly through the site, in person or by phone.

Ordering online through Italian Harvest / La Raccolta is secure. We do not give out your information to any third party and your credit card purchases are protected. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") authentication to guarantee the confidentiality of online transactions made on our site. SSL authentication and encryption of the information that you send to us over the Internet help protect your online transaction information from third party interception.

Gift Wrapping
Italian Harvest / La Raccolta charges $5 for gift wrapping.
Shipping Policy
We ship anywhere in the U.S. using UPS. For shipping outside the U.S., we use USPS. All shipping is insured. Your purchase will be exempt of state tax, except in the state of California.
UPS determines the shipping costs depending on the location in the U.S. and the weight and insurance of the item being shipped.
The least expensive shipping is UPS Ground that takes up to 6 business days for delivery. We also ship 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air.
Processing
Packages go out the day after placing your order Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday or Tuesday.
Handling Fees:
Handling charges are $5. Special gift sets and baskets: $8, to cover cost of special protective packing materials.
You will receive an email confirmation upon ordering and second email confirmation when your order is shipped.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return a ceramic or glass product you received from us, please place the unused item in its original packaging material and place it in the box it arrived in within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Italian Harvest / La Raccolta will not pay for return shipping nor refund original shipping fees. When we receive the intact and undamaged item, Italian Harvest / La Raccolta will contact you and will issue store credit. Return items must be shipped to the following location:

You also can return items at our store in San Francisco within 30 days of having received the shipment. We will gladly give you store credit.
We will not accept returns on food items.
All shipping by Italian Harvest / La Raccolta is insured. You should contact us immediately if the shipment is not received within the anticipated time frame. We will use the tracking number to trace the shipment.
Damaged Goods
If you receive something damaged, please retain all packaging as UPS may want to inspect it for insurance purposes. If the item is immediately available, Italian Harvest / La Raccolta will replace it. If it needs to be ordered from Italy, we will let you know when it will be available. If you choose not to request a replacement, we will give you store credit for the value of the damaged item, or refund your credit card.
Please note all our products are one of a kind, and replacement may vary slightly from their original or what is featured online.
Exchanges Policy
We do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time.
