Fettucine Alfredo
Ingredients
1 lb. fettuccine3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt, pepper
Preparation
Boil the fettuccine in salt water, drain, and pour into a large dish or bowl. Save 1/2 cup of the water. Add the melted butter, salt, pepper, and keep moist by adding the salt water. Add the parmesan at the end and serve immediately. Serves four.
