Ranise oil is made from Taggiasca olives grown in Imperia, Liguria, northwestern Italy. This buttery oil is unfiltered with a delicate, sweet, fruity taste with hints of almond and artichoke that will not mask the flavors of delicate foods like fish or vegetables, and is ideal for bread dipping. Gold Award and Best of Series at the 2005 L.A. County Fair Olive Oil Competition.
Suggested use:
Use with pesto, fish, risotto, or any delicate dish.
