Literally meaning "grilled dinner", this fantastic spiced salt mix can be used with meat or vegetables to add the strong flavor of the Tuscan sea and coastal hills it comes from. Produced and packaged in Castiglione della Pescaia, near Grosseto in the Maremma part of Tuscany.
Suggested use:
Barbecuing - Take a handful of the salt and throw over the hot coals several times during cooking.
