Eggplant is big in Sicily and served in many different ways. It’s basically an important part of life there, so we had to choose Augello’s eggplant tomato sauce, and we were right. Made in the small hilltown of Caltabellotta near Agrigento, southern Sicily.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes, eggplant, celery, carrots, onions, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt, basil, hot pepper.
