The ancient recipe for candied fruit infused with essential oil of mustard seed is faithfully reproduced by Fieschi in Cremona and used throughout Lombardy. Its intense sweet and sour flavor with subtle tones of spicy mustard pairs ideally with meats, cold cuts, and cheese.
Ingredients:
assorted candied fruits of varying proportions (cherries, apricots, peaches, pears, figs, mandarins, lemon, watermelon), sugar, glucose syrup, mustard flavor, traces of preservative E220.
