This delightful looking figure 8 "tongue depressor" looking pasta is a typical traditional shape found only in Liguria. Although a traditional sauce calls for butter and marjoram, we suggest use with pesto or with a braised meat sauce. Superb quality in the flavor and texture of the pasta.
