Hand made in the Valtellina of northern Italy, this healthy buckwheat pasta is high in protein and fiber. A highly recommended simple yet delicious recipe calls for sauteing some garlic in extra virgin olive oil, add some salmon filets. Add cooking cream and chopped parsley before serving over drained pasta.
