Hand made bundles of buckwheat strips of pasta. Contains also durum wheat. Delicious and earthy taste in this northern Italian pasta that is high in fiber and nutrients. Serve with a creamy cheese sauce. Made in Valtellina, near the Swiss border with Italy in the beautiful central Italian Alps.
