Cacciatora Sauce Mix

Dehydrated spices and vegetables, including salt, to make a traditional Cacciatora pasta sauce. Reconstitute by boiling in 1/2 cup of water, sauteing in olive oil, and cooking down after adding some whole peeled tomatoes. Use our San Marzano for best flavor.

onions, chard, carrots, hot pepper, garlic, parsley.
