This bergamot preserve is absolutely delicious and will surprise anyone who eats it with its perfumed citrus flavor. Not too sweet and not too sour or bitter. Use with your tea, on a biscuit like the Gentilini we carry, or in a cake. Comes from the only place in Italy where it can grow: near Reggio Calabria in the tip of the "toe" of Italy.

Bergamot pulp and peel, sugar.
