Tagliatelle with Black Squid Ink

Used in the islands of Italy, especially Sardegna, where they serve it with an unusual black squid ink sauce. This pasta retains its seafood flavor with any sauce, but we recommend a clam and mussel sauce with oil, garlic, and hot pepper.
Suggested use:
With any seafood sauce, tomato sauce, or just garlic and oil.
