You always order it off the "Special" menu if it's offered, but timid to make it at home. Now you can make it at home with ease and confidence. A classic mix of saffron and Porcini mushrooms. The golden color and rich texture makes this a great presentation. The mix contains a natural bouillon and sea salt that makes a wonderful dish by simply adding the mix to boiling water. Use a salt free beef or chicken home made broth for extra richness and flavor.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil or butter in the pot. Empty package (add 1/2 cup of white wine). Stir until absorbed. Add 7 quarts of boiling water to the rice stirring every two minutes. Cooking time 18 minutes.

Carnaroli rice, 1% dried Porcini Mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), Shallot, Saffron, Cardamon flowers, spices
