Mediterraneo Risotto mix

Mediterraneo... for the vegetarians. This delicious combination is already chock full of veggies and spices and vegetable stock. It's all you need. The mix contains a natural bouillon and sea salt that makes a wonderful dish by simply adding the mix to boiling water. Use a salt free beef or chicken home made broth for extra richness and flavor.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil or butter in the pot. Empty package (add 1/2 cup of white wine). Stir until absorbed. Add 7 quarts of boiling water to the rice stirring every two minutes. Cooking time 18 minutes.

Ingredients:
Carnaroli rice, peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, onions, olives, capers, parsley, garlic.
