Cannellini beans

These tender and flavorful Cannellini beans grow large. Cook thoroughly.
Suggested use:
Soak overnight in cold water. The next day, boil the Cannellini in their water in a pot, together with 1 lb of canned tomatoes, two cloves of garlic, 1/2 lb of pork, some sage, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, simmer until done, and serve.
