A coarse grain polenta from Marsciano, Umbria.
Packaged in a pretty glass jar.
Suggested use:
Add the polenta to boiling water and stir for 5 minutes. Pour on plate and smooth to a 1/2 inch layer. Spoon sausage and tomato sauce over the polenta. Serve hot.
