Arlecchino, or harlequin, is an important figure in Venice, and makes multiple appearances especially during the Venice carnival in February. The playful colors that make up this fabulous pasta will bring cheer to any occasion. Silky texture gives this pasta an Italian "dumpling" quality when cooked.
