Ogliarola oil is pressed from olives grown in the area around Bari from trees that date back to 700 B.C. This oil is lightly fruity with an almond aftertaste, and comes in this tall, dark special reserve bottle. One of our customers' favorites. Grown and pressed on the farmo of Franco Cuonzo.
Suggested use:
Use raw over pasta, meat, vegetables, Pugliese dishes (orecchiette pasta)
